The Nativity Scene is one we are all familiar with but there is a lot that God did "behind-the-scenes" to bring it all together that we need to pay attention to. Using Pastor Rick Renner's book, "Christmas - The Rest of the Story", we dive into the study of the key characters of this story and the supernatural things God did to bring the wonderful gift of Jesus into the earth and His real purpose in coming.

Proverbs 18:20-21 ERV tells us. "Your words can be as satisfying as fruit, as pleasing as the food that fills your stomach. (21) The tongue can speak words that bring life or death. Those who love to talk must be ready to accept what it brings."
Many times we underestimate the power of our words. Yet, the Scriptures teach us that our tongue determines the direction of our lives and affects our lives in every way. We can use our words on purpose and activate all of that Jesus bought and paid for and has deposited in us when we were Born Again. So, quit talking negatively about yourself and begin to bring the words of your mouth into agreement with the truths God has deposited in your life.
In this sermon, we continue looking at the power of God that is released when we praise and worship Him.

In this series, we are dealing with the subject of spiritual warfare and bringing correct, biblical teaching to this often-misunderstood subject. We do have an adversary that is bent on our destruction but we must always remember that the real battle with Satan was won at the Cross and the resurrection by Jesus Christ. This same victorious Christ who single handedly defeated the devil lives in us in the person of the Holy Spirit!
We must approach spiritual warfare from a place of already obtained victory (by Jesus) instead of us trying to get the victory!
